The perfect accommodation for your holiday of relax in Amalfi Coast
Villa Teresa is a charming apartment situated in the most panoramic area of Praiano, on the high coast side in front of the sea.
It features 2 double bedrooms and there is a sofa bed in the livingroom for an eventual fifth guest (Please note: sofa-bed for a fifth guest upon request and for a fee).
The 2 bedrooms have double beds and air-conditioning.
There are 2 bathrooms, both with a wide shower and accessible from the livingroom.
The kitchen is very panoramic, we are sure you will love to cook here! It is fully equipped with a cook, a fridge, a freezer, an electric oven, a microwave oven and other little home appliances like a boiler and a coffee maker. There is a table with chairs and the access to the terrace.
The livingroom is bright and tastefully furnished. The furnishings include a sofa-bed that we can arrange, upon request, for any extra guest. Here you will also find a tv, a table with chairs and the access to the terrace. The room is air-conditioned.
The terrace is simply spectacular! Equipped with a table, chairs and deck-chairs, it has got a superb view of the village and the sea. The pool in on the left side of the terrace and will be all yours!
The pool is 3 meters large by 5.5 metres long, 1.60 deep.

You can reach Villa Teresa in two different ways:
by steps from the street above, descending a stairway of about 180 steps or by steps + lane from the street below, where the main church of St. Luke is.
The local bus that crosses the village runs on the street above and on the street below. And there is another local bus, the ones to Positano, that runs on the street below.
The location is not central so it is quiet and also comfortable, thanks to the good connection with the public transports.
If you have a car, you can park it on the street above free of charge, distance depends on availability of the moment. Or if you prefer you can park it on the street below, for a fee.

Lovely stay, great location in the quieter Praiano. We didn’t have a car but the local buses are great, once you get to grips with the different services and timetables. The apartment is lovely, it’s very spacious with big high ceilings. The views are spectacular, too. We highly recommend you stay.
The place is more beautiful in real life than in the pictures. The pool and outside space are amazing! As far as the bedrooms, the beds are very uncomfortable and hard. Also the location is a bit out of the way from anything going on you have to walk many steps to a bus. Overall great value! Go for the pool and view if you don’t mind a hard bed.
This really is a superb villa in wonderful location. Praiano is lovely, much quieter and less touristy than either Amalfi or Positano, but there’s plenty to do and see, it has some great restaurants, and it’s agreat base for exploring the Amalfi coast. The villa itself is lovely, although we barely spoent anytime indoors except to sleep. The pool and terrace are great with wonderful views, and we were exceptionally well looked after by Lucia and Danilo. Two weeks really wasn’t enough!
