A charming villa located in the centre of Praiano and has got a superb sea view
Palazzo San Gennaro is the perfect accommodation for an exclusive holiday in Amalfi Coast.
You will be welcomed in a cozy livingroom. Tastefully decorated it is composed with a kitchenette, a sitting area and a dining area. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a gas cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a dish washer, a microwave oven, a toaster and other little home appliances such as Italian style coffee maker and a boiler. The sitting area is furnished with a divan-bed that can be suitable for one extra guest (available upon request), a fireplace and a satellite TV. The dining table with chairs is in front of the kitchenette.
You will access three of the bedrooms from the livingroom.
The First bedroom has got a queen-size bed and the access to the panoramic terrace; the Second bedroom has got a double bed (two single beds upon request) and the access to the terrace; the third bedroom has got a double bed (two single beds upon request) and a window. Large and airy, the three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The bathrooms are accessible from the livingroom. One bathroom has got a wash basin, a toilet, a bidet and a shower.
The bigger bathroom has got a wash basin, a toilet, a bidet and a bath tub.
There is a panoramic terrace accessible from the two bedrooms.
Another terrace is at the entrance and a bigger one is on the top floor in front of the large garden. Deckchairs, a beach umbrella and tables with chairs are available on the terraces.
You will have access to a big garden with fruit trees, equipped with deck-chairs and a BBQ. There is also a smaller garden where the owners cultivate vegetables and herbs, that you can use to cook. The swimming pool is private and will be of your exclusive use.
You will be in a very comfortable location!
Palazzo San Gennaro is central but quiet at the same time.
You will access Palazzo San Gennaro from the street level climbing a stairway of about 88 steps.
On the street below you will find any type of shops, bars, restaurants as well as the bus stop to explore the famous towns of the Coast such as Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Ravello, Pompeii and so on…
You will be in a very comfortable location, central but quiet at the same time.
You really don’t need a car during your stay but if you have one you can park it on the street below for a fee. Of course being a public parking space, distance depends on availability of the moment.

Lucia’s home was great! On the Amalfi Coast any place you stay will have a lot of steps so be prepared but the view is all worth it. This home is perfectly located by a couple of markets and what became our favorite bar- bar del sol and THE best restaurant- Kasai! Lucia and her husband greeted us and helped us with our bags up the stairs and were very helpful with planning transportation and activities. Highly recommend.

The villa was absolutely amazing. The space was beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed gorgeous views of the water from its multiple balconies. The pool was a great amenity to have as well and was very clean. We enjoyed picking tomatoes from the garden and cooking in the well appointed kitchen. The villa is a short 88 steps from the road and Lucia helped us carry our luggage up them. She was there to meet us at check-in and had several recommendations for dinner and helped us navigate the bus system. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer!!!
